Ms. Sagrika Jayee is associated with the firm since October 2015 till March 2020 and has re-joined in May 2022. She has total experience of 2.5 years.

She is a Qualified Company Secretary and a member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India and has undergone her apprenticeship in the same firm. She has completed CS related assignments in Chandigarh and has knowledge of
agreements related to corporate legal cases for NCLT as well.

Her tasks include dealing with corporate, secretarial, banking and non-banking financial institutional legal compliances and advisory. She independently handles audits, ROC and RBI compliances of the entities as well as liaison with other regulatory authorities.
