The Founder of DSB Law Group, Late Shree K. M Gupta was a Senior Advocate with Specialization in Taxation, Labour & Industrial Laws with a mammoth experience of more than 45 years. He started his legal practice as an Advocate in Sixties, and with his true dedication and commitment both professionally and ethically, laid down the foundation of DSB LAW Group which is proudly celebrating 50 years of conviction and commitment. He had served as a specialist in providing legal consultancy and advisory services. He had provided his advisory services to numerous prestigious institutions, Government and non Government bodies, well known organisations across Northern India.

He was strongly committed to the highest quality of legal work and successful advocacy emphasizing on the values of thoroughness, promptness and practicality. He upheld the highest ethical standards and took pride in its reputation of providing punctual and cost effective advices to the clients.

With a very humble beginning, he went through a very tough life in his early years. His parents were kiryana merchants but with the support of his parents, he chose to study and establish his own career. He served as a gazetted officer for 10 years in national savings department and simultaneously completed his law. His wife Mrs Rajrani ji also worked as a Teacher in Junior Model school to support the family during his gestation period when he left the government job and took his cherished career as an Advocate. With her strong persuation and support, he started practicing law in 1968.

He started practicing as an advocate in Taxation and gradually with the aide and motivation of his close and trusted friends, notably Shree A.P Mayor, he started practicing Labour Laws. His hard work and dedication paid off and he became a top Ranking Advocate dealing in Labor Laws. Mr. Jagir singh ji, another close friend helped him purchase the office building at Hind Samachar Street which was named as ‘Raj Chambers’ and is the corporate office of the Group.

He had served for many good organisations like sugar mills, milk plants, and Press like Punjab Kesri, Ajit, Vir Partap, Milap, Daily Tej etc. He has immensely contributed in solving complicated labor issues in these organizations.

MR. K.M Gupta has indeed left a glorious legacy for the entire team of the DSB Law Group and left for heavenly abode on May 26, 2015.
