Vaishali is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She has Masters in Business process and Corporate Governance (M.Com-BPCG) and is a Commerce Graduate from Kurukshetra University. She also won Best Presenter (Female) Award in the Management Skills and Orientation Programme of NIRC(New Delhi) ,ICSI. She handles end to end ROC Compliances, all types of Incorporations, all types of registrations (CERSAI,FIU, Start up India Scheme, MSME etc.), RBI / FDI Compliances, Striking off of Companies ,other Corporate Compliances , Research based assignments and updates.

She also handles various Secretarial matters including SEBI Laws, FEMA and Stock Exchange related matters. She has a great exposure of Drafting policies, reports , formation of Committees etc. She has work exposure in diversified fields. She has an experience of conducting Board meeting and maintaining the relevant records thereof. Other key work areas include Analysis of AOA and MOA as per company standards, Demat transfer and transmission of shares, legal due diligence, Liasoning with various regulatory authorities, potential clients and other parties.
